Job Description/Role:
These are Shift roles which will be based on 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift pattern including weekends and on 12 hour shifts
This is a rolling shift pattern - 4 x 12 hr days on, 4 days off, 4 x 12 hr nights on, 4 off
06:00 am to 06:00 pm - Days
06:00 pm to 06:00 am - Nights
Building Controller Role:
Manage the Building Controller pager during your shift and associated tasks
Opening and closing the building
Signing in/out with Contractors Control room
Counting on site No’s and relaying them to Contractors control room
Completing weekly exercise on a Monday and the paperwork required
Completing the monthly exercise at the beginning of the month
Being the Deputy during site emergencies and assisting to run the exercise
Keeping on top of all necessary paperwork
Counting and co-ordinating the respirators
First Aider
Fire Warden
Technical Clerk Role:
Produce, control and maintain Commissioning Life Time Records
Copy, scan and store documents within electronic document management system (EDMS)
Retrieve files as requested by project personnel
Any other Admin duties that are required
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
Experience of working within a Commissioning Document Control department
Experience of delivering Document Control through SharePoint / Convero preferred
Understanding of SL document Control systems a benefit
IOSH Working Safely
Desirable Qualifications:
Building Controllers training course
2 day First Aid qualification
Fire Warden training
