About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager (perm contract) to join our Bridgnorth team. In this role you will create a friendly, welcoming, customer‑focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the team and drive a customer‑centric experience.
* Maximise business performance through quick action and continuous improvement.
* Motivate, manage and support staff in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
* Engage with the local community to support store objectives.
Qualifications
* Retail Management experience – existing Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager preferred.
* Passion for delivering great customer service.
* Strong leadership, people‑management and communication skills.
