We are currently recruiting for a Health &; Safety Coordinator to support a busy volume manufacturing environment on a short‑term contract. This is an immediate start opportunity, with flexible engagement options including contractor or fixed‑term contract for an initial 3–6 months.
The Health &; Safety Coordinator will provide hands‑on support across health and safety data, documentation, and reporting, working closely with site leadership to maintain compliance and improve safety standards during a busy period.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintaining and updating health and safety documentation
* Producing weekly health and safety reports
* Managing Excel‑based spreadsheets covering near misses and accidents
* Following up on incidents and issuing accident reports
* Ensuring all accident and incident documentation is fully completed
* Supporting specific health and safety tasks including COSHH labelling
This Health &; Safety Coordinator position requires prior experience in a volume manufacturing environment, with strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and reporting tools.
