They’d spent years on opposite sides of the digital ecosystem: one mastering programmatic and data-driven storytelling, the other building eCommerce brands from scratch through paid social. They work with brands across FMCG, lifestyle, and D2C sectors from heritage food icons to challenger eCommerce names helping them scale through creator-led, user-generated content that’s distributed and optimised through paid social.

In just over a year, they’ve built partnerships with leading agencies and independent brands alike, producing creator content for household names while maintaining the agility and energy of a startup. Now, as the team gears up for its next phase of growth, they’re looking for a Paid Social Executive to join them
Someone who’ll be hands-on across campaign setup, optimisation, and creative performance tracking
In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders across strategy, buying, and creative testing, getting under the skin of how content drives performance. You’ll manage campaigns across Meta and other paid social platforms, turning creator-made content into performance assets that deliver measurable growth for clients. It’s the kind of environment where you’ll learn fast, see your impact immediately, and help shape a business that’s rewriting the rules of social performance.
You might already be a Paid Social Executive or a Junior Trader looking to step into a role where you can own more of the process from creative testing to campaign delivery. You’ll have solid hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager, a good grasp of performance metrics, and a curiosity for what makes audiences engage. Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and excited by the idea of joining a small, entrepreneurial team where your ideas matter and your work moves the needle.
