£150 per day (Inside IR35)
2 Days per week in the office in Leeds
Role and responsibilities
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative and user-friendly interfaces
* Conduct user research, analyze insights, and integrate findings into design solutions
* Support design validation through usability testing
* Design and refine UI components, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and a high-quality user experience
* Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive design systems
* Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools/technologies
Skills and Experience
* 4-5 years of experience in UX/UI design
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe creative, and/or InVision
* Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems
* Experience with user research, usability testing, and gathering insights for design iterations
* Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and user-centered design
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to work with external agencies and internal teams effiently
