What You’ll Be Doing As a self-employed Financial Adviser, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own business while accessing the support of a trusted and experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:Delivering independent financial advice tailored to your clients’ needs, including pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning Building and maintaining long-term client relationships based on trust and transparency Managing your own schedule and portfolio with the flexibility to work your way Staying up to date with regulatory requirements and maintaining high compliance standards Leveraging technology, compliance, and admin support to focus on delivering advice Growing your business through referrals, marketing, and networking What We’re Looking For We’re looking for confident, detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes. The ideal candidate will:Hold the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning Have a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships Be committed to delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice Work independently while maintaining professional standards Have an existing client bank Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a broad range of financial products Be comfortable working with high-net-worth clients and professional connections Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Where You’ll Be Working You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, with a setup that suits your lifestyle and business model. We support advisers across the UK, with infrastructure designed to help you operate efficiently wherever you're based.
