THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Social Strategist to lead social strategy, content planning, best practices, and organic & paid social media principles, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing.
Client handling and management experience are essential for this role.
Key Collaborations:
This role requires close work with the Haircare Associate, P&G Haircare Lead, and Head of Influencer, along with connections across all P&G leads to identify social opportunities and respond to category briefs. The candidate will also oversee the S&I teams managing live social work and collaborate with the P&G Project Manager and Financial Lead.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Social content planning, best practices, and influence skills
* Deep understanding of influencer sphere, talent activation, and campaign amplification
* Knowledge of UGC/content creators and agencies
* Client relationship management, including leading client meetings and action plans
* Opportunity identification for organic growth and innovative solutions
* Ability to interpret briefs and establish strategic social frameworks
* Drafting scopes of work and managing budgets in coordination with project and finance teams

* Deep commercial awareness and practices

* Oversee planning and strategic direction of social briefs
