Are you an experienced Vet ready for an exciting new challenge? Due to continued growth, my client are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive and friendly team in Southend
This RCVS-accredited practice is equipped with modern diagnostic tools including a brand-new ultrasound machine with four probes, an endoscope, in-house lab, dental suite, and x-ray facilities.
You’ll be working alongside the Partner and experienced Veterinary Surgeon, who both have extensive experience, they lead a close-knit team including another Vet, a Head RVN, two RVNs, four Client Care Advisors, and a Practice Manager — all passionate about delivering gold-standard patient care.

Seeking an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon who:
• Brings a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Has strong surgical and clinical skills (dentistry experience a bonus)
• Is confident managing their own caseload, including occasional sole charge
• Has a passion for small animal medicine and client care
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
• Is motivated to continue learning and developing professionally
This is a full-time role (40 hours/week, 9am–7:30pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am–4pm) and no out-of-hours. However, we’re open to discussing part-time options for the right candidate.
• Competitive salary from £60,000+ (dependent on experience)
