Role Overview: As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties across Bristol and Bath, acting as the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants. Your duties will include coordinating maintenance works, overseeing compliance and safety requirements, and ensuring properties are managed to a high professional standard. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords within your portfolio. Respond to incoming reactive maintenance calls. Coordinate with contractors to arrange and oversee maintenance works. Ensure all property compliance certificates are up to date, and coordinate renewals as necessary. Raise invoices for completed contractor works. Conduct quarterly property visits. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience in property management or lettings. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Valid driver’s license.
