Job Purpose
In this pivotal role, youll be at the forefront of managing and growing our professional prescription brands, with a special focus on establishing us as the leader in everyday caries prevention through our high fluoride toothpaste portfolio. Youll work across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, making a significant impact on dental health across the region.

Strategize and Grow:
Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans for a multi:brand professional prescription and therapeutic portfolio with an omni:channel approach, to achieve ambitious sales, prescription generation, and professional recommendationtargets. Youll be instrumental in expanding our high fluoride toothpaste portfolio, identifying newopportunities, and building a robust 5:year pipeline.

Influence and Advocate:
Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders and Thought Leaders in the UK to champion our brands and gather insights that shape our strategic initiatives.

Launch and Lead:
Spearhead go:to:market activities for exciting new product launches across Northern Europe, ensuring seamless execution and market success.

Collaborate and Connect:
Work closely with our European team, Professional Business Managers, and Scientific Affairs to align strategies, share insights, and drive consistent messaging across all markets. Youll also manage communications with internal stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

Educate and Empower:
Partner with the Scientific Affairs manager to develop and deliver compelling product training for our Oral Care Consultants, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to drive recommendations.

Analyze and Optimize:
Utilize your strong commercial and analytical skills to assess market opportunities, build robust business cases, and continuously identify new ways to improve and expand our brand presence.
