Exclusive opportunity - HR Business Partner - Craigavon
MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing manufacturing organisation in the Craigavon who are looking to add an HR Business Partner to their team in this newly created role.
This organisation is a leader in their market and are looking for a strategic HR Professional to join their team and play a key role in aligning HR strategy with business goals. In this role you will work closely with the wider HR team and ELT to implement a range of HR improvement projects that drive organisational performance.
The main responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders and department heads to deliver proactive and effective HR support.
* Provide expert guidance on HR policy, employment law, employee relations, and best practice
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and support workforce planning initiatives.
* Contribute to and deliver key HR projects such as performance management, DEI, talent development, and employer branding.
* Support succession planning and talent identification across assigned business areas.
* Lead and support investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases.
* Provide HR metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
The ideal candidate:
* Educated to degree level or CIPD Level 5 qualified.
* Similar experience within a fast-paced organisation.
* Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
* Commercial awareness and strong strategic thinking.
