Customer Services Executive
Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)
Salary: £24,000 - £25,500
Permanent position
Working hours: Mon – Friday, 37.5 hrs per week (either 8:30 – 17:00 or 9:00 – 17:30 shift)
Atlas Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced admin background to join an established, global professional team. You will provide excellent customer service, manage all requests and issues, and be involved in dispatch activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Accurately input information into the service management system.
* Raise customer quotes and obtain purchase orders for chargeable jobs.
* Regularly check the progression of jobs to ensure service level agreements are met.
* Provide phone support to engineers in the field.
* Work towards department KPIs and company goals.
* Comply with company procedures (ISO).
* Log information into external customer portals as required.
* Monitor and manage all mailboxes.
* Schedule and allocate engineer’s work efficiently, ensuring correct skill levels and compliance with H&S policies.
* Handle travel arrangements and hotel bookings, maintaining cost-effective practices.
* Raise job numbers for service installs and planned work, updating the company database.
* Keep spreadsheets updated with machine details and address changes.
* Communicate work schedules to engineers for the upcoming week.
* Maintain constant feedback with the team leader to ensure effective scheduling and issue resolution.
Key Skills required:
