Flexible Supply Teaching Assistant – SEN Settings
Position: Flexible, supply-based (short-notice cover)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

This role involves providing short-term support in both mainstream and specialist schools, stepping in to cover staff absences—often on the same day.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils across a range of ages and abilities, including those with additional needs
* Assisting class teachers and support staff with daily classroom activities
* Helping create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
* Working flexibly across different schools—placements are often confirmed in the morning

We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A reliable, proactive, and calm approach
* Willingness to travel locally at short notice
* Experience in childcare, education, or SEN settings is beneficial but not essential

Please Note:
Supply roles are typically offered with limited notice, so availability from 7:00–7:30 AM for booking calls is ideal. Wherever possible, we will place you in schools local to your area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
