Overview
Our client is a respectable High street practice based in West Houghton and they are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Secretary to join their busy law firm.
Responsibilities
* Provide all necessary support to the Solicitor with residential and commercial conveyancing caseloads.
* Audio typing.
* Use the firm’s case management system.
* Handle telephone calls.
* Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
* Perform other general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* At least 12 months of conveyancing or relevant secretarial experience.
* Good typing skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Capable of handling a high volume of work with confidential nature.
* Experience using a case management system.
Working Hours – Permanent Full Time
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (flexible).
Salary
Circa £26,000 – £30,000.
