Family Liaison Officer Camden, London Full-time Salary: NJC Scale 6 - SO1 (dependent on experience) Sanza Teaching Agency are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Liaison Officer to join a small specialist provision supporting pupils in Years 1 and 2 (Key Stage 1). This provision is embedded within one of our inclusive mainstream client primary schools in Camden. About the Provision The specialist setting offers short to medium-term, intensive support for a small number of pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Pupils benefit from a highly structured, nurturing, and therapeutic approach designed to support: Emotional regulation Positive relationships Engagement with learning A key focus of the provision is successful reintegration into mainstream classes and activities, where appropriate. The Role As Family Liaison Officer, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships between the school, families, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for pupils with SEMH needs.
