The role is within Aero derivative Gas Turbine Procurement team, where they champion productivity, quality, and digital innovation to redefine clean energy solutions.
As a seasoned Procurement professional, you'll lead critical initiatives and orchestrate negotiations to secure optimal contracts.
Your role involves cultivating robust supplier relationships, analysing market dynamics, and driving cost-saving measures.
Collaborating closely with customers, you'll ensure alignment with evolving needs while spearheading performance enhancements. Join our diverse team and shape the future of sustainable procurement in the energy sector.
Negotiate local, regional, or multi-site contracts in conjunction with relevant procurement managers, or independently. This includes negotiating prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms, among other specific
Contribute to EcoSystem commodity strategy, and develop a business listing of preferred suppliers
Analyse local and regional market trends and their utilisation in commodity strategy
Monitor supplier performance and inform relevant customers about this performance
Drive early procurement / supplier involvement and cost-out activities.
Identify procurement risks and opportunities and implement respective measures
Implement Commodity Strategies and define local/regional material field strategy for non-pooled commodities
Outstanding Excel skills.
