Overview
Customer Advisor – Part Time, 15 hours per week, 3-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and inspiration to customers on home improvement projects.
* Support sales and ensure customers have a positive experience.
* Manage stock, set up displays, and maintain a well-presented store.
* Receive training on paint-mixing and cutting timber to support customers.
* Deliver excellent customer service as the main aim.
Qualifications
* Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic about home improvement.
* Strong team player willing to work as part of a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
* Ability to learn new technology and adapt to new ways of working.
* Flexible and eager to help customers.
