Protocol Education are looking for caring and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in supportive schools across Gateshead. You’ll support pupils with: Autism ADHD Learning difficulties Social and emotional needs What You’ll Be Doing Supporting learning within the classroom Delivering structured interventions Helping pupils stay engaged with lessons Encouraging independence and confidence Working closely with teachers and SEN staff What Your Day Might Look Like Supporting a pupil during a maths lesson Helping pupils participate in practical activities Delivering a small literacy intervention group Providing encouragement and reassurance throughout the day Why Join Protocol Education?
