Supervising and motivating the lifeguard team, ensuring pool areas are kept safe and operating smoothly. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to. Perform pool testing and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies. Train and support first responders in their tasks, sharing best practices and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
