Your new role
My client is seeking an experienced andmercially drivenmercial Manager to lead theirmercial strategy,mercial performance, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable growth across their operations in Derry. This is a key leadership role within a fast‑growing organisation known for excellence, innovation, and long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management — Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
2. Financial Oversight — Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure profitability.
3. Contract Management — Oversee contract negotiation,pliance, and risk management.
4. Team Leadership — Mentor and guidemercial teams to deliver high‑quality oues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 10 years' experience with a main contractor/developer.
5. A track record ofmercial leadership.
6. Confidence in negotiation and decision‑making.
7. A people‑first approach with strongmunication skills.
8. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
