We are a specialist manufacturer that has been a long‑standing smelter in Britain, located at the foot of Ben Nevis. Our heritage spans almost a century and we produce high‑quality, low‑carbon aluminium using renewable hydroelectric power generated locally.
The Role
* Technical authority for site electrical systems and infrastructure
* Lead electrical reliability, maintenance and asset improvement projects
* Manage electrical capital projects from design through to commissioning
* Support plant breakdowns, shutdowns and operational improvement activities
* Mentor engineers, technicians and contractors
* Work Monday to Thursday, 7:30 – 5:00; Friday, 7:30 – 12:30
The Person
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Experience within heavy industry
* Experience delivering electrical projects and supporting maintenance activities
