We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Analyst who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to review current processes, analyze root cause defects, and advise on possible business improvements to enable efficiencies, improved productivity, and cost savings.
2. Document “as-is” workflow processes to identify current processes, key milestones, and opportunities for optimization.
3. Design “to-be” workflows and process strategies, providing documented flow charts to facilitate implementation of improvements.
4. Act as a change agent to implement lean methodology, ensuring simplification and streamlining for end users and maintaining consistency.
5. Lead and collaborate with stakeholders on solution implementation to ensure successful embedding of new processes.
6. Report project updates in a timely manner to keep stakeholders informed about project status.
About You
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a process improvement role.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, SharePoint, and Visio.
3. Clear and articulate communication skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
4. Initiative to improve processes and solve problems pragmatically.
5. Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
