Previous experience working in an SEN school setting

Confident supporting children and young people with complex learning, communication, and physical needs

Ability to swim confidently and support students during hydrotherapy or swimming sessions
*
Calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting challenging behaviour and personal care
*
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Duties Include:

Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with complex special educational needs
*
Helping implement personalised learning plans and therapy strategies
*
Supporting with feeding, mobility, and personal care as needed
*
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to promote student progress and wellbeing
