Our established and growing client in Cardiff is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager join them on a permanent basis. You will lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-site IT and infrastructure projects across enterprise environments. This is a senior-level role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. You will play a key role in overseeing national-scale technology deployments, ensuring robust governance, effective risk management, and consistent delivery standards across all projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver complex, multi-site IT and infrastructure projects, including structured cabling and technology rollouts Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and reporting Apply recognised project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL) Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams Coordinate field engineers, subcontractors, and project resources Ensure compliance with health & safety, governance, and quality standards Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practiceSkills, Experience & Qualification: Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site IT or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile) Experience delivering structured cabling and technology deployment projects Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage budgets, risks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools PRINCE2 or PMP certification (essential) Experience working within compliance and risk management frameworksSalary & Benefits: Salary will be between 40-55k dependant on experience.
