About The Role
Please note: This role is for Bank Staff (zero hour contracts).
As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will contribute to our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes, ensuring residents feel valued and cared for. Your role involves maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and welcoming environment, reflecting your attention to detail and commitment to quality.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although training will be provided. Excellent time management, organisational skills, positive energy, and good communication skills are essential. You should be considerate and kind in all interactions with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures to report concerns. All staff will receive safeguarding training relevant to their role.
