Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business with opportunities to develop through the business, utilising your sales and customer service expertise.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers face‑to‑face, over the phone, and discuss their requirements and offer effective solutions.
* Upsell additional products and services where possible while converting enquiries to orders.
* Deal with sales enquiries over the phone and face‑to‑face.
* Promote products and services to both new and existing customers.
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment for all customers and staff.
* Complete all administrative duties and provide back office support.
* Work as a team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
* Experience of working within a customer service/sales environment.
* Ability to communicate with customers via various channels.
* Effective up‑selling skills and ability to work to targets and SLAs.
* IT literate, including Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems.
* Some lone working and key holder responsibilities.
