Our integrated healthcare service meets Occupational Health as well as Private Health needs, including health screening, health surveillance, on-site nurses and doctors, urgent consultations, and treatments.
Role Description
This is a Part Time or Full-time on-site role for an Occupational Health Doctor located in Westhill- Aberdeen.
You will be responsible for delivery of F2F or remote OH services, and oversight for work undertaken by Nurses and OHTs. The work may include: Sickness Absence Medicals, OEUK and Wind Turbine Medicals, REview of Health Surveillance, Fit for Work, travel and expatriation medicals.
Person Specifications
* Experience in Occupational Medicine and DOccMed/MFOM/ FFOM qualification
* OEUK certification preferred
* Strong belief in an integrated model of healthcare delivery to employers
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in conducting occupational health assessments and providing medical advice
* Relevant experience in managing and implementing health programs
