Job Description Shift: Monday-Friday 06:00am-14:00pm. Salary: £14.29 per hour. Ensuring that that the Production Line under their charge maximises the utilisation of the following 3 main resources of the business. Reporting and communicating all issues affecting Production effectively. Ensuring that all finished products and donor stocks always maintain their traceability and in accordance with the Culina IPS Production and Quality Procedures Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets. Ensuring the final product meets client specifications (SPI) Effectively maximising production efficiency, to ensure plans are met on a hourly/daily basis Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company health, safety, and quality regulations Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures. Assisting in developing a skills matrix for all production workers Assisting in training and development of new starters Monitoring, controlling and minimising waste.
