Job Description
This position is responsible for all aspects of building maintenance, repairs, and improvements. The Manager researches and hires contractors as needed to assist with tasks that arise.
1. Ensures maintenance staff begins work on time and is briefed on priorities and assignments.
2. Responsible for opening/closing procedures (e.g., doors, machines, lights).
3. Standardizes routine preventative maintenance programs related to production assets and assigns staff accordingly.
4. Assists staff in correcting issues requiring follow-up.
5. Completes all maintenance staff performance reviews promptly.
6. Sources ways to simplify maintenance tasks; recommends and implements changes as appropriate.
Pay Range
$95,000 - $120,000 per year
Qualifications
* Proficiency with hand tools and welding tools
* Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers, motor drives, cranes, and hydraulic circuits
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with MIS systems and technologies
* Strong skills in precise math and instrument use
* Organizational and multitasking abilities
* Knowledge of ISO14001 Environmental Management systems, MP2, and 5S methodologies
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* 10+ years of related experience
