b: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Blue Yonder Technical Lead you will work alongside project delivery and other technical stakeholders to guide the application roadmap and maintain alignment to WMS strategy, and overseeing design and development of all changes being completed by their teams whilst ensuring that the coding standards and best practices are being followed.
Allocate development work within the team based on skill set and ensure coding standards and best practices are being followed.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical resources from other functions, testers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and oversee the integration of Blue Yonder's applications with external systems and third-party software.
• Inform integration strategies, protocols, and data exchange mechanisms to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Blue Yonder's platform, including supply chain management and retail planning applications.
• Essential - Linux Operating System
• Essential - Cloud Console Management such as AWS or Azure
• Essential - Oracle Database Performance Troubleshooting
• Leading / supporting IT Infrastructure, warehousing setup and supplier managements
• Software development, with a focus on application architecture and design
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies
• Experience of leading / delivering large projects
