Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketer with a passion for print and digital communication? We’re looking for a Direct Mail Lead to manage the planning, production, and delivery of our trade flyers and direct mail campaigns across the UKI and CE regions. You’ll drive the development of both printed and digital communications — from concept to delivery — ensuring projects are on time, on brand, and aligned with campaign goals. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage budgets, and use insight to enhance performance and ROI. What You’ll Be Doing: Own end-to-end direct mail process, from briefing to distribution Work with agencies and internal teams to shape creative direction Ensure alignment across print, digital, and campaign messaging Manage supporting materials like inserts and guides Use tools like PageProof, SAM, and ISSU to streamline workflows Support budget tracking and cost optimization What We’re Looking For 5 years’ marketing experience, including stakeholder and project management Strong understanding of print and digital communications Excellent planning and organisational skills Experience managing creative development and budgets We value individuality, bold ideas, and team spirit.
