Job Role: ResidentialYouth Support Worker
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Long days and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule
Location:Sutton In Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £26,749.00 - £27,747.00 per annum (base salary). With an earning potential of £29,066.12 - £30,064.12 (inclusive of on average 1 sleep in per week & your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum).
Homes2Inspire is looking for a Residential Youth Support Worker to join the team at an established residential home in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a young person, guiding them towards a brighter future while upholding the highest standards of care. The successful candidate will work closely with a young person to support their emotional behaviours, time-management, and day-to-day mental health. Experience in CAMHS or mental health nursing is preferred but not required.

The young men living at Holly House are truly vibrant, each bringing an incrediblesense of humour and a love for fun. They have a vast array of interests, including playing musical instruments and spending time on computers – one even enjoys creating games! Both are highly energetic and enjoy staying active with gym workouts, fishing, and biking. They are both engaged in education and thrive on strong, loving connections, showing remarkable growth in a caring family environment.
They require support in managing their emotional regulation and finding the motivation to achieve their full potential. In their free time, they enjoy games, trying new things, and spending quality time with trusted adults. We're looking for dedicated adults to join our strong and experienced team who can connect positively with our young people, while bringing their own personality and fun into the home.

Requirements:
* Willingness to work towards a QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare
* Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties + overtime
* Full UK driving licence
