What You’ll Do: Support individuals aged 16–48 in their homes and out in the community Provide person-centred care with dignity and respect Accompany people on days out—bowling, cinema, football, shopping, cafés, and more Help build independence and confidence through everyday activities Deliver 1:1 wraparound care (minimum 4-hour shifts, between 8am–8pm) Take part in sleep-in shifts and work alternative weekends You’ll be supporting people to live their best lives— on their terms, with your care making it all possible.
