Job Description Administrative Assistant – Cheltenham Law Firm – £24.5k
This impressive and friendly law firm in Cheltenham is looking for an administrator to step into their supportive firm as a Legal Administrator. This role will cover the following responsibilities:
Assisting with administrative tasks within the firm such as photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks
Dealing with internal and external postal deliveries and arrange couriers’ services as necessary
Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
Supporting the Legal PAs and Partners as and when they need.
To apply for this role, you must have at least 6 months’ experience working in administration in an office setting. The firm may also consider recent school leavers with strong A Level results, or university graduates with administrative experience in a professional setting.
