Job Title: Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist Location: Acorn Park School, Norfolk NR16 2HU Salary: Up to £53,200 DOE ( Basic OT from £33,000, Specialist from £39,500, Highly Specialist from £48,000 ) Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, Mon–Fri (part-time considered) Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks Essential: UK driving licence & own vehicle Join Our Team at Acorn Park School We’re looking for a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Acorn Park School, part of Options Autism under Outcomes First Group. Working alongside our education team, you’ll provide tailored assessment and interventions for pupils aged 4–19 with needs including neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH. You’ll carry your own OT caseload, supported by a site lead and supervisor, and contribute to training and consultation across the school. We value your growth, offering a £2,000 CPD allowance post-probation to support role-specific training.
