Responsibilities
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board supports flexible working. This vacancy is for supporting registered nurses in delivering best practice evidenced-based care to patients within the Community Nursing Team. The Health Care Support Worker will assist the registered nurse/associate practitioner in the provision of high-quality, consistent and cost-effective health and social care. The Health Care Support Worker will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of patient-centred care as delegated by the registered nurse/associate practitioner within their scope of practice.
Qualifications and language
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
