EHCP Review Coordinator
Salary: Business Support point 24: £27,976 pro-rata, per annum.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to coordinate the review and maintenance of records for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs). This role involves working closely with students, their families, curriculum colleagues, and external agencies as outlined by the SEND Code of Practice.
The successful candidate will work alongside Centre managers to ensure the needs of students with SEND, including those with EHCPs, are met and that they are making progress towards their outcomes.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified, highly motivated, and possess up-to-date knowledge of the revised SEND Code of Practice and associated EHCP funding. Experience working with students with learning disabilities, learning difficulties, and complex or physical needs is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to support and relate effectively to students throughout their journey.
