Location: Loughborough – travel as required.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s ambitious team. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee numerous retail fit-out projects from conception through to completion, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional, high-quality retail environments. Your expertise will help drive efficient workflows, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and maintain impeccable standards for time, budget, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end shop-fitting projects for diverse retail clients across multiple locations.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and detailed work plans.
Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct rigorous site progress monitoring, resolve issues promptly, and keep operations aligned with client expectations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
Liaise daily with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Apply risk-management techniques to identify, escalate, and mitigate project challenges.
Oversee quality control inspections and sign-off processes to guarantee always exceptional delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in shop-fitting or retail fit-out project management.
Strong ability to navigate the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning through handover.
Robust experience managing budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Hands-on familiarity with retail-specific health & safety and compliance guidelines.
Outstanding communication skills, with client-centric professionalism.
Well-versed in construction, materials, and bespoke interiors for retail environments.
PRINCE2 or other Project Management accreditation is a plus.
