Our client is a family-run haulage and logistics business, proudly operating for over 40 years from the heart of Suffolk. They specialise in warehousing and UK-wide distribution and are now looking to expand their driving team with:
1 x HGV Class 1 Driver
1 x HGV Class 2 Driver

About the Class 1 & Class 2 Driver Role:
UK-wide palletised deliveries and collections
Curtain-sided vehicles
Occasional container work and shunting between Felixstowe Port and base
Some nights out required
No London driving
No weekend work currently
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
Start times from 3:00am (ideal for early risers)
Guaranteed 50 hours per week contract
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience)
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

Requirements (Class 1 & Class 2):
Minimum 6 months HGV experience
Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence
Up-to-date Driver CPC
Experience with curtain-sided vehicles
Confident using straps to secure loads
Professional, reliable, and personable attitude
Willingness to do occasional nights out
