Within the role of Extra Care Services Manager, you will manage all aspects of housing and care services within a designated Extra Care scheme, ensuring high-quality service delivery that enables residents to live well with dignity and autonomy. You will oversee property management, care provision, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing housing, care, or Extra Care services.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to housing and care services, including compliance and registration requirements.
- Experience of managing operations, performance, and quality standards in a housing or care setting.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources efficiently, demonstrating business acumen.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience of managing teams in a housing or care setting.
- Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship or willingness to work towards the qualification if not held.
- Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship or CIH Level 4, or willingness to work towards the qualification if not held.
