*About the Role:*
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Norbury branch. The role involves handling a mix of residential and commercial property transactions, supporting the Head of the branch in conveyancing matters, and working effectively in a fast-paced, initiative-oriented environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
* Support the Head of the branch in conveyancing matters.
* Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documentation.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and firm policies.
* Maintain accurate case files and manage workloads efficiently.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout transactions.
*Requirements:*
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in conveyancing.
* Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Initiative-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with legal case management systems.
