This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. Established in 1982, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travellers navigate unexpected circumstances.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assess and manage travel insurance claims from start to finish
* Review policy terms to determine claim validity and make fair, informed decisions
* Authorise payments within agreed limits and ensure accurate claim records
* Communicate clearly with policyholders, clients, and third parties including medical providers
* Identify potential fraud risks and accelerate where appropriate
* Handle customer queries, including complaints, in a professional and timely manner
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across claims, assistance, and customer service teams
* Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SLAs
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey
* Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
* Previous experience in claims, insurance, or financial services (preferred)
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident decision-making ability
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
* Comfortable using IT systems and handling data accurately
