Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician Pertemps are recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician for their client in the Stoke on Trent area on a temp to perm basis. For this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician role you will be responsible for: Provide first and second-level support for issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Troubleshoot and resolve problems within Dynamics 365 applications and integrations Support end-users by addressing questions and promoting best practices Coordinate with Microsoft and external partners as needed Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and performance tuning Assist with data migration, backups, and recovery processes Document support procedures, resolutions, and user guides Participate in testing and rollout of new features and system updates Escalate complex issues to Dynamics 365 developers or external consultants For this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician role you will require the following: Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially CRM, Sales, or Finance) Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases is beneficial Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset Clear and professional communication skills Comfortable working independently and within a team environment For this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician role you will require the following certifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification or similar is preferred Details for this for this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician role: Working hours: Monday to Friday 0900am – 1700pm Salary: 25k – 50k depending on level of experience Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme Temp to Perm position If you are interested in this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Technician role, please click apply.
