What do I do as a Business Development Representative?
Your role will involve booking appointments for the senior sales team by reaching out to organizations across various sectors including energy, industry, trade, banking & insurance, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, tourism, aviation, logistics & transport, and IT & telecommunication.
How am I trained and developed?
The company invests in your development through a 12-month Graduate Sales Training programme comprising 7 courses, delivered both in person and virtually. As you gain competence in making sales calls and understanding the offerings, your KPIs and targets will increase, enabling you to seek out new business opportunities and earn commissions.
