The Location: Remote, USA- EST preferred

The Reporting Relationship: Global Quality Systems Leader

• Monitor and communicate progress while ensuring timely and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule, assessment of risks/issues.


• Anticipate program/project risks and issues and ensure that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery.


• Ensure effective usage of all applicable procedures and processes to retain control on scope, schedule and cost


• Facilitate Program Steering Committee with senior business and IT leaders and ensure all stakeholders' roles and responsibilities are clear.


• Demonstrate the company's culture and values.


• Follow our company and IT specific administrative and operational policies and procedures.


• Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental responsibilities for the position.

Requirements:

Strong Project Management Background in M&A and Integrations


• Track record of successful IT project delivery. Ability to manage multiple project phases, multiple project teams, in parallel
