The Advanced Operator, reporting directly to the First Line Manager without out Packout department, is a proactive, highly skilled professional dedicated to optimizing production equipment for maximum efficiency with minimal waste and downtime. This role involves meticulous planning, preparation, and organization of machinery, along with thorough documentation to support streamlined operations. By driving a culture of sustainable, continuous improvement, the Advanced Operator significantly contributes to the overall productivity and efficiency of the line.
