To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in supervising or leading a team within a customer service environment, along with a strong passion for coaching and employee development. You will be responsible for guiding and inspiring your team to consistently deliver a high-quality service while meeting key performance targets. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating, and supporting the customer service team Managing & monitoring KPIs, reporting & customer service processes We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, personable, and approachable, with the ability to build a strong team spirit and maintain high morale.
