We are looking for a Senior Events Manager to join our team.
You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events on a global scale, including familiarisation visits, conferences, training days, and drinks and dinner receptions. This role requires a highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in event management and a proven track record of delivering successful events. You will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will lead and manage a dedicated events team, freelancers and event agency workers ensuring all events align with our strategic goals and exceed expectations.

What you’ll bring to the role
1. Proven experience in the end-to-end management of events.
2. Experience in managing a team, freelancers and event agencies.
3. Strong time management and project planning skills, able to prioritise, plan and manage projects, and a demanding, varied and complex workload.
4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, collaborate, influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders and vendors.
5. Strong problem-solving ability and quick-thinking approach.
6. Meticulous attention to detail, with strong editing skills.
