Our client, a reputable North West based housing developer, is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support delivery on a high-quality new build housing scheme in the Broughton area of Preston. Due to increased workload and a firm completion deadline of November, an immediate start is required. The Role: Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations Conduct plot inspections at various build stages Produce and manage snagging/defects lists Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works Maintain accurate site records and documentation Liaise with the Customer Care team to coordinate inspections of completed plots Communicate effectively with homeowners and NHBC inspectors Ensure work is delivered to NHBC and company standards A bout You: Prior experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new build residential housing Strong knowledge of snagging, finishing, and plot handover processes Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines SMSTS or SSSTS (Health & Safety qualification) Valid CSCS Supervisor Card First Aid at Work certificate A pply & Reward: For your skills and experience we can offer an hourly rate of £25 Per Hour working a minimum 45 hours per week.
