Qualifications and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in teaching junior-aged children, with a strong understanding of effective teaching, planning, and assessment. Proven ability to support inclusion and promote positive behaviour in the classroom. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to pupil welfare.
